The study predicted the quantity of labor dispute cases in our country by grey GM(1,1)model and the test is eligible for test.The general conclusions include:The quantity of labor dispute cases will augment,The higher quantity of labor dispute cases offer realistic references for reform of present labor dispute solving mechanism,it is an important context to create harmonious labor relationship for the establishment of a harmonious society.
