Abstract:The performance evaluation of distribution is an important part of strategy management in the distribution center. Effective evaluation can help the distribution center find the cause, which motivates the distribution center to improve its integrated power. An evaluation index system and evaluation method of distribution is designed in this paper. First, regarding customer satisfaction as an important factor, it sets up the evaluation index system for distribution. There is detailed explanation of every index particularly on its effect on the performance of distribution center. Then, a performance model is established. The weights of each index can be obtained by the method of Group-AHP. Using the final result, the total cost of distribution is lowest and the customer satisfaction achieves a certain degree.
