With the development of market economy, growing importance is attached to adaptation of a scientific and standard enterprise operation strategy. This paper, on the basis of an analysis of the different problems enterprises experienced in development, presents a network thinking model to tackle the problems of interrelated nature, aiming at turning the designing process of operation strategy into a more quantifiable and reliable process.
