The scale of vegetable industry became larger, and it brought about demand to the vegetable guild, and that the vegetable guild had important effects to the development of vegetable industry. In reality, the vegetable guild system had many problems, and it resulted in supplying of vegetable guild system insufficiently. So we should accelerate the constructing and perfecting of vegetable guild based on constructing the external conditions for the development of the vegetable guild.
