The cognitive-- based view is one of the most important research perspectives of entrepreneurial investment decision-making in recent years. According to extant literature, theories and empirical research on this field have been systematically reviewed in detail. Based on this, the paper proposes a configurational model. At last, the paper suggests that future research should be promoted from the aspects of problem focusing, technological improvement and guidance of theory.
