While electronic commerce education and training in university are drastically developing, many people have expressed concern over them. So many experts and scholars at home and abroad have conducted lots of researches and have received many helpful results. The paper summarized these studies American scholars carried out. The author hopes that it can provide readers with a whole view for American EC education and do a favor for people who are interested in the EC education and instructors in universities.
