On the basis of survey,the paper point out the situation and problem of migrant worker's social security of Hefei and Wuhu,two important city of Anhui province.A new approach of "step by step and different securities for different migrant workers" was put forward according to the exited problem,which means: first, the government should give different securities for different migrant workers；secondly,government should unify the retirement pensions for workers and let all the migrant workers join the social security system at last.
