Abstract:On the basis of the research on the performance evaluation system of organizational staff, this paper analyzes the main problems faced by the traditional KPI (key performance indicator) evaluation method, puts forward the classification modeling for the research performance of university teachers, and designs the corresponding performance indicators, performance algorithm and evaluation system to solve the problems. Finally, the effectiveness and rationality of the system are tested by using the behavior data of faculty in one school from 2015 to 2019 on the collaborative platform. According to the result analysis of the research performance evaluation system of University Teachers"" based on the collaborative platform, this paper puts forward the scheme of university research management and performance incentive.
