With the development of economic globalization and the proposal of "one belt and one way" strategy in our country, the Chinese business community has started an upsurge of internationalized operation.Therefore, international opportunity recognition, as the most important link in the internationalization of enterprises, has become a hot issue of concern to all sectors of society. Based on the perspective of international knowledge absorptive capacity, this paper studies the mechanism of managers"prior knowledge on international opportunity recognition.Based on 265 questionnaires of international business managers, this paper uses the method of hierarchical regression analysis and structural equation model analysis to test the relationship hypothesis between variables. The results show that: (1) prior knowledge has a significant positive effect on international opportunity recognition; (2) managers" international knowledge absorptive capacity plays an important intermediary role in the relationship between prior knowledge and international opportunity recognition; (3) Environmental dynamics plays a negative moderating role in the relationship between managers" international knowledge absorptive capacity and international opportunity recognition
