The value chain of agricultural products is defined in the paper，the two different ways： OEM embedding and technology embedding are put forward of agricultural embedding in other industries. According to the Province Input-Output Table of China in 2002，2007 and 2012，the agricultural OEM embedding index and technical embedding index of 30 provinces in China are calculated（Tibetan areas and Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions are eliminated because of lack of data）. According to the correlation coefficient of different embedding index，30 provinces are divided into Eastern，Central and Western regions，and the region different impact of different embedding methods on the total agricultural output value of different regions is analyzed. The results show as follows The agricultural OEM embedding index has a significant positive influence on the total agricultural output value of the Eastern and Central regions，and a significant negative influence of the Western regions. However，the index of technology embedding has a significant and positive effect on the total agricultural output value in three regions. The advice are provided for improving the total agricultural output value，promoting the development of rural economy and optimizing the industrial structure.
