The organizations have changed a lot with the coming of the big data era, among them, strategic human resource management has become the one of the most important way to manage talents. Based on resource-based theory and dynamic capability theory, it introduces dual network embedding as mediators and big data capability as a moderator to investigate the formation mechanism and influence mechanism of strategic human resource management according to 166 samples of technical enterprises. The results show that strategic flexibility, technological turbulence and market turbulence is positively related with strategic human resource management. Strategic human resource management is positively related with innovation. Dual network embedding partly mediate the positive relationship between strategic human resource management and innovation. Big data capability positively moderates the positive relationship between strategic human resource management and innovation. It explains the effect of strategic human resource management on innovation and provides more suggestions for human resource management in big data era.
