Abstract：With the development of information and communication technology, digital trade has developed rapidly as an emerging form of international trade. While digital trade is expanding the scope and boundaries of international trade, it also poses new challenges to global trade rules.Based on the analysis of the global digital trade development status, this article emphatically sorts out the development skeleton of the digital trade policy of the United States, the European Union, Japan and other countries, as well as the future development trend of digital trade.This article proposes the enlightenment to the development of China's digital trade from the aspects of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the effect of platform enterprises, and the formulation of digital trade rules based on the above analysis.The article believes that China, as a great potential country for digital trade, is imperative to participate in and build an governance system for international digital trade driven by the development of the digital economy.
