The study uses questionnaire as the method, taking logistics enterprises as the investigation object. It analyzes the influence about logistics safety activities for cost control, transportation efficiency and business performance by using bootstrapping and path analysis of Structural Equation Modeling. Meanwhile, based on the results of path analysis, the paper proposes the meaning of extending logistics safety practice activities and improving performance of logistics enterprises. The results show that safety transportation practice and safety transportation prevention management have a significant positive effect on cost control and transportation efficiency. Forms of transportation have a significant positive effect on cost control. But safety management for forms of transportation has no significant influence on transportation efficiency in 5% significance level. Further, cost control plays a significant positive role in transportation efficiency. Finally, cost control and transportation efficiency have a significant effect on in business performance.
