Abstract:The superposition of digital technology applications convergence and business model innovation spawn new business forms of business ecology and realize transition and upgrading.Combined with grounded theory and fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(FsQCA)method, this paper illustrates the mechanism of transition and upgrading of digit enabling enterprise business ecosystem and explores the multiple configuration paths.From an ecological perspective, it reveals that digital resources release data value through integration with traditional element resources, drive the formation of value cycle system, realize value co-creation, shape business community, and finally realize the transition and upgrading of enterprise business ecosystem.Based on the multi-configuration analysis of FsQCA, it is found that the transition and upgrading of digit enabling enterprises business ecosystem has gone through two stages: value co-creation and business community formation. Among them, there are two configuration paths for value co-creation realization, namely, the combination of product innovation and element convergence, and technology convergence combines with low product innovation and low data assets, and product innovation constitutes the core condition of value co-creation. The configuration path of business community formation exhibits the following characteristics: under the synergy of value co-creation and value link, it is combined with network organization and data empowerment respectively. Network organization and data empowerment are mutually alternative, that is, in the absence of one party, it is combined with value co-creation or value link respectively to realize the business community construction. This study provides key methods and ideas for the continuous optimization of the structure and function of enterprise business ecosystem and the full sharing and optimal utilization of digital business ecological resources.
