Abstract: In the era of digital economy, innovation ecosystem has become the main form of enterprise competition and cooperation. However, existing researches mainly focus on the construction and empowerment of enterprise innovation ecosystem, and the governance of enterprise innovation ecosystem needs to be strengthened. With the help of scientific knowledge mapping analysis method, this study screened out 1593 papers from 2000 to 2022.06 from SSCI paper data in foreign WOS core database and CSSCI and core journal paper data in domestic CNKI database. With the help of visual analysis tool, we use keyword sharing, time zone division of high frequency words, clustering of hot words and discrimination of emergent words to critically review the research progress and evolution path of corporate innovation ecosystem governance, discusse its connotation, denotation and basic theory, and prospect hot issues and future trend for future research and practice of corporate innovation ecosystem governance. Results show that, Chinese and foreign research on corporate innovation ecosystem management in time are not synchronized, foreign firm innovation ecosystem is put forward in the 1990s ecosystem management, then by the fledgling into steady growth, to the rapid growth, the Chinese firm innovation ecosystem management research has experienced three stages. Secondly, both Chinese and foreign researches reflect the basic theoretical logic of design governance, process governance and output governance. Digital innovation ecosystem governance, responsible innovation governance, block chain governance, intellectual property rights security governance problem are the frontiers. Finally, digital innovation ecosystem management, management mechanism and management methods, the multiple governance subjects and dynamic management problems should be paid more attention in the future research.
