Abstract:Research on Collaborative Governance of Children's Health Education System in the new Era ZHUANG Qi (School of Government, University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences, Beijing 102488, China) Abstract: Children's health is the starting point and foundation of the nation's health and a key link to improve the quality of the workforce and the quality of the population, and child health education is a necessary path to achieve children's health. In the context of the new era, it is important to build and improve a coordinated child health education system from the dimensions of health capital and equal health benefits, increase the participation of government, school, family and society integration and coordination, and give full play to the role of health education mechanism for children, in order to promote the healthy growth of children and realize the national strategy of health. On the basis of a comprehensive overview of the current development of children's health education in China, this paper provides an in-depth analysis of the dilemmas and challenges faced by the development of China's children's health education system and accordingly puts forward policy recommendations for the coordinated governance and development of China's children's health education system: (1) infiltrating the concept of children's health education of great health into the long-term planning of children's health education; (2) establishing a scientific identification mechanism to segment children's health education service needs; (3) improve laws and legal norms related to children's health protection and establish a monitoring and feedback evaluation mechanism for children's health education system; (4) improve the capacity of children's health education services, with special attention to children's psychological and social health education, and establish a sound delivery system for children's health education services; (5) establish a mechanism to promote collaborative governance among multiple actors and establish a child-centered collaborative development system for children's health education.
