Abstract:The collective economy has been revived with the development of rural economy. However, its effect remains unchecked, with lots of doubt and query concerning its real influence. This paper aims at validating its influence of increasing income and raising sense of gain of farmers, emphasizing the critical role of distribution rule in the development of collective economy. By theoretical analysis and case study, we show the development of cooperatives can raise farmers’ income and sense of gain, under the condition that the distribution rule can accommodate the interests of all parties.
