Abstract:In order to explore how to obtain better industrial development effect under the introduction and development mode, this paper puts forward the concept of introduction and cultivation ability, and constructs the relationship model between industrial introduction and development performance and introduction and cultivation ability based on this concept, so as to explore the correlation between the performance and cultivation ability of emerging industries, and takes China"s high-speed railway industry and new energy vehicle industry (2011-2020) as an example for empirical analysis and comparative research. The results show that: the same way of introduction and cultivation, different industries have significant heterogeneity in development performance and introduction and cultivation ability, and there are generally weak phenomena in financing ability, economic performance, international market, re innovation ability, overseas talent training and so on. In addition, there are different requirements for the cultivation of capabilities and performance that should be paid attention to by emerging industries in different development stages. For example, for industries in good development stages (such as high-speed railway industry), in order to further improve market performance, it is necessary to enhance the systematic ability. At the same time, in order to improve development performance, it is necessary to enhance the integration and transformation ability; For industries in general development stage (such as new energy vehicle industry), in order to further improve market performance, we need to enhance factor agglomeration ability. At the same time, in order to improve development performance, we need to improve financing ability, and so on. Finally, it is also found that the key to the success of emerging industries in the introduction mode lies in the digestion, absorption and re innovation links after the introduction, the shaping and improvement of endogenous innovation ability, and the synchronous innovation and upgrading of the whole industrial chain.
