Abstract:“Three Rural Issues”is the key to the implementation of a rural revitalization strategy and pursuit of common prosperity.Using microcredit as a financial instruments,the common prosperity effect of microcredit was examined from the perspectives of county farmers’income,household income,and city entrepreneurship. The results show that in terms of county farmers’income,microcredit can increase the net income of county farmers,and reduce the probability of poverty occurrence,contributing to poverty alleviation and common prosperity. In terms of household income,microcredit can play a positive role in land rental income,indicating that microcredit can increase the operational income of rural households,contributing to rural revitalization and common prosperity. In terms of city entrepreneurship,microcredit can promote city entrepreneurship,contributing to make solid step toward common prosperity. The research provides empirical evidence for the common prosperity effect of microcredit,and also provide a theoretical basis for government agencies to formulate policies.
