Abstract:The Agile governance model represents a novel approach to government governance, characterized by the seamless integration of cutting-edge technology. The principles advocated by Agile governance, including rapid perception, flexible response, diverse participation, and continuous coordination, align with the core values underlying the establishment of a modern governance system.Thispaper examines the operation logic of artificial intelligence-driven agile governance in government, specifically sorting out the relationship between artificial intelligence, government governance, and agile governance. The study finds that artificial intelligence technology has become widely involved in government governance due to its characteristics such as data sharing, intelligent algorithms, trend research and judgment, automatic interaction.The utilization of this approach has significantly enhanced the government''s capacity for scientific decision, efficient governance, facilitated public engagement, and enabled prompt adaptation to evolving external circumstances.Taking the City Brain of Haidian District inBeijing as a case study, this paper aims to enhance the application scenarios of artificial intelligence technology in government governance by innovating the systemic mechanism, streamlining business processes, strengthening technical foundations, enabling real-time monitoring throughout the day, and expanding the application scenarios of artificial intelligence technology in government governance, providing a path for ultra large city governments to carry out agile governance.
