The embedding of digital technology and the generation of digital products introduce enterprises into the process of digital transformation, and the digital transformation catalyzed by digital technology and digital products to form multi-end disruptive innovation has become the normal transformation, while the digital disruptive innovation based on digital technology and digital products has become the latest development trend of enterprises. How digital transformation enables manufacturing enterprises to form digital disruptive innovation to seize the opportunities of the digital age and create new competitive advantages is an extensible research problem. This paper takes Weichai Group as an example, relies on the theory of disruptive innovation, and takes the digital disruptive innovation carried out in the era of digital economy as the analysis object of programmed rooted theory, and explores the process mechanism and formation path of digital disruptive innovation in manufacturing enterprises. The framework describes that digital disruptive innovation is jointly promoted by internal and external driving factors, and enterprises enter the transformation stage after experiencing the driving stage. The action path of enterprises in the transformation stage is the transformation of production mode and the evolution of organizational structure, and the digital disruptive innovation of enterprises is realized through the digitalization of enterprises inside and outside. Finally, it enters the multiple stage, and carries out innovation extension by realizing the digital disruptive innovation of the business ecosystem, forming the digital business ecosystem model.
