    摘要:

    作为一种赋能型数字技术平台,工业互联网平台能够赋能中小企业数智化转型和制造业转型升级,成为当前新质生产力培育和数字经济高质量发展的重要引擎。本文运用理论分析和案例阐释的方式,明晰了工业互联网平台赋能的内涵、特征和要素,解构了工业互联网平台赋能的类型,揭示了工业互联网平台赋能的内在机理。研究发现:(1)工业互联网平台赋能是对平台多主体利用数智化工业技术基于数智化工业机会和数智化工业资源互动生成价值的阐释,具有显著的数智技术集成性、生成性和多主体性特征,包含数智化工业技术、数智化工业机会、数智化工业资源和多主体等要素;(2)工业互联网平台赋能包含结构赋能、场域赋能、心理赋能和资源赋能等多种类型,不同类型的工业互联网平台赋能过程均遵循“价值主张—价值创造和传递—价值捕获”的价值逻辑;(3)构建工业互联网平台赋能内在机理的IPO研究框架,工业互联网平台赋能过程的本质在于价值主张、价值创造和传递、价值捕获三者间的互动,技术、组织和环境层面因素能够影响工业互联网平台赋能过程,工业互联网平台赋能过程能够同时产生积极作用和消极作用。本文能够从新的主题、新的视角、新的机制丰富和细化工业互联网平台赋能理论研究,同时为激活工业互联网平台赋能效应提供管理决策依据,为基于工业互联网平台快速培育新质生产力以推动平台高质量发展提供实践指导。

    Abstract:

    As a digital technology platform with empowerment, Industrial Internet platform could empower the digital and intellectual transformation of SMEs and the transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry, which is becoming an important engine for the cultivation of new quality productivity and high-quality development of digital economy. Based on the theoretical analysis and case interpretation, this paper clarifies the connotation, characteristics and elements of industrial Internet platform empowerment, deconstructs the types of Industrial Internet platform empowerment, and reveals the internal mechanism of Industrial Internet platform empowerment. The research findings are as follows: (1) Industrial Internet platform empowerment is an interpretation that multi-actor in platform apply digital and intelligent industrial technology to co-create value based on the interactive of digital and intelligent industrial opportunities and digital and intelligent industrial resources, it has significant characteristics of digital and intelligent technology integrative, generative and multi-actor, including digital and intelligent industrial technology, digital and intelligent industrial opportunities, digital and intelligent industrial resources and multi-actor elements; (2) Industrial Internet platform empowerment includes structural empowerment, field empowerment, psychological empowerment and resource empowerment. The empowerment process of different types of industrial Internet platforms follows the value logic of "value proposition - value creation and transmission - value capture"; (3) This paper builds an IPO research framework for the internal mechanism of Industrial Internet platform empowerment. The essence of Industrial Internet platform empowerment process lies in the interaction among value proposition, value creation and transmission, and value capture. Technological, organizational and environmental factors could affect the Industrial Internet platform empowerment process. The Industrial Internet platform empowerment process could produce both positive and negative effects. This paper could enrich and refine the research on industrial Internet platform empowerment from new themes, new perspectives and new mechanisms, provide management decision-making basis for activating the empowerment effect of industrial Internet platforms, and provide practical guidance for rapidly cultivating new quality productivity based on industrial Internet platforms to promote high-quality development of platforms.
