Abstract:The “Techno-Economic Paradigm” refers to the economic configuration that emerges after technological innovation reshapes macroeconomic and microeconomic structures and operational modes. It reveals the evolution process that the digital economy empowers manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading through the “Technological System - Economic Structure - Social System” evolution process, and highlights the breakthrough effect, enhancement effect, expansion effect, innovation effect, and value effect. The experience of developed countries in the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry is reflected in the guidance of strengthening strategic planning and enhancing digital application capabilities, based on increasing the support strength of digital empowerment and enhancing financial support capabilities, supplemented by “the comprehensive, networked, and collaborative advancement of technological innovation” and “a strong, differentiated, and classified support system for advanced manufacturing clusters,” gradually forming a “multidimensional construction of an innovative, networked, and digital ecosystem” and “advancing the governance system of industrial data sharing, circulation, and potential release.” The digital transformation of China’s manufacturing industry should focus on improving relevant policy guarantee mechanisms, promoting digital technology planning and standard construction, promoting the integration of the industrial chain and innovation chain, optimizing the structure of digital technology talents, constructing high-quality enabling platforms, and building a collaborative innovation ecosystem.
