Abstract:This article adopts a bibliometric research method to analyze the research literature on employee change support behavior published between 1994 and 2024. Based on describing and evaluating the development trend and progress of the research topic, a research integration framework is summarized with a research theoretical perspective, connotation measurement, influencing factors, action process, and impact effects as the system. Furthermore, future research trends and suggestions for conducting in-depth research on employee change support behavior in combination with local culture are proposed, in order to promote further systematization and foresight of the discipline. The research results will help promote the deepening development of organizational change behavior response research in China.
