Abstract:Telecommuting, which is booming in the digital economy, poses a great challenge to the formal innovation of employees, and it is more important to pay attention to how to stimulate the bootlegging of telecommuters, but previous studies have yet to focus on the important facilitating role of leadership. In view of this, based on the work-home resource model, this paper explores the influence mechanism of family supportive supervisor behavior on the bootlegging of telecommuters by analyzing the data of 286 telecommuters collected in three-wave offline and online. The results show that family supportive supervisor behavior positively influence telecommuter bootlegging both directly and indirectly by job crafting towards strengths-interests; promotion focus not only positively moderates the positive relationship between family supportive supervisor behavior and job crafting towards strengths-interests, but also strengthens the mediator of job crafting towards strengths-interests; the moderating effect of preventi
